The security situation remains fluid in Haiti, with protests entering the fourth day. Thousands of people rallied in Port-au-Prince on Sunday, demanding President Moise resigns over allegations of corruption and the ongoing economic stagnation. Two people were killed in Sunday’s protests – including a 14-year-old boy – and two more were killed on Thursday of last week. Several police officers have been injured.
Road have been blocked, and some protestors have thrown stones. If you are in Haiti, limit your movements and avoid crowds. Follow the American Citizen Services Unit in Port-au-Prince for updates on Twitter.
